The back-up service gives the client vet the possibility of leaving his customers in our hands when he/she goes away on holiday.
We attend the cases that fall within the vet’s timetable and continue to monitor them until he/she returns, at which moment he/she can resume attention to the cases thanks to our alert call or our reports sent by e-mail or fax.
During the vet’s holiday period, SURvet takes charge of monitoring the case until it is solved or the vet returns. However, this does not include the administration of vaccines or microchips to the patient, because we believe that this can wait until the vet returns.
We have a form on which you can note your holiday period or any periods of shorter working days.
